Animal welfare first
EveryPetHaven exists to help animals. We do not permit the sale, trade, or advertising of live animals of any kind on the platform, and we prohibit anything that harms animals or promotes cruelty, fighting, or neglect. If you witness animal cruelty, report it; serious cases are referred to the appropriate authorities.
Prohibited items & services
- Live animals; parts of endangered or protected species.
- Prescription medications, controlled substances, or veterinary drugs requiring a licence.
- Recalled, counterfeit, expired, or unsafe products; items making unproven medical claims.
- Weapons, hazardous materials, or anything illegal to sell in the buyer's or seller's location.
- Aversive devices where prohibited by law, and any product marketed for cruel use.
- Stolen goods, or items you don't have the right to sell.
Recalls & safety
Sellers must remove recalled products immediately and notify affected buyers. We may delist any item on safety grounds.
Enforcement
Violations lead to removal, account suspension, and — where required — reporting to regulators or law enforcement.
